We have successfully recorded some sounds from Jon’s residual muscles. Here’s an mp3 of progressively stronger opening and closing hand motions. The sound has been processed by removing frequencies above 40Hz and raising the pitch by two octaves so the infrasonic frequencies can be heard. You can read more details on the project page.
